All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), stored in AWS us-west-2 by default. Enterprise customers can pin to us-east-1 or eu-central-1. We never train models on your data, and only your team and the engineers actively supporting you have access — gated by SOC 2 Type II controls.

We’ll let you know before you hit the cap. Overages are $0.05 per capture, billed in arrears — or upgrade to Team for unlimited. We won’t silently drop your captures.
